Cardio II is a supplement based on Carnitine, a molecule involved in energy metabolism. It facilitates the transport of fat through the cell membrane and into the mitochondria, where it is oxidized to produce energy. With this nutritional support, energy is more easily obtained so that the cells of the myocardium can contract correctly.
