CroniCare Tablets is a nutritional supplement formulated with hemp (Cannabis sativa), ω3 and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). It is a source of key nutrients for the good health of dogs and cats. It is ideal as a support in cases of increased nutritional requirements or in the case or senior animals.
Composition per tablet (1.1 g): Hemp powder: 560 mg, Mono-, di- and triglycerides of behenic acid, Fish oil in powder, Medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil, dicalcium phosphate, glucose syrup, mannitol, milk and soy protein, stearate of magnesium, tetrasodium diphosphate, tricalcium phosphate, cristobalite, chicken liver and heart.
Analytical constituents: Crude protein 17.3%, Crude fibers 2.3%, Crude ash 48.3%, Crude fat 12%. Omega 3 fatty acids: EPA: 8.9 mg/tab .; DHA: 6.25 mg/tab.
Directions for use: Administer CroniCare pill preferably with food. Minimum recommended quantity:
- Cats, dogs <5 kg: 1/4 pill per day
- Dogs 5-10 kg: 1/2 pill per day
- Dogs 11-20 kg: 1 pill per day
- Dogs 21-30 kg: 1.5 pills per day
- Dogs >30 kg: 2 pills per day
